The birth of the Omega Metal, Ltd. was preceded by the Omega+ company which has been operating in machine engineering industry since 1997. Omega+ worked as a business agent providing contacts and mutual cooperation agreements between domestic producers and foreign customers in the area of machining industry. In September 2005, the Omega+ company  bought, reconstructed and reorganized some production facilities (land, building, machines). In early 2006 the Omega Metal company was found. Since then all the production activities have been under the competency of Omega Metal.   


We specialize our production mostly in welding and machining (according to submitted technical documentation). We prefer long-term serious relationship and serial production. Under "serious relationship" we exactly mean keeping up the quality,  honouring delivery dates and prompt responding to customers' claims. Furthermore, we also mean correct and early payment from the customer's side.  We try our best to maintain such relationship with all of our customers.

Considering our product portfolio:

* for German customers - parts for CNC machines; parts for baler machines; etc.
* for Austrian customers - parts for recycling machines; parts for wood-processing industry; parts for baler machines; completion of mortar-mixing pumps including assembling the water and air circulation system, electric system and other compact parts; parts for automobile industry; etc.
* for Finish customer - parts for lift and handling technologies;
* for Czech customers - parts for baler machines; textile industry; etc.
* for Slovak customers - parts for stone-breaking machines, grinding machines; rubber industry; chemical industry; parts for MAN trucks; parts for lift and handling technologies; parts for wire production systems; massage and relaxation bath frames; etc.
* for Italian customer - parts for radar, optical and weapon systems; etc.
* for French customer - parts for wood-processing industry; recycling machines; etc.
* for Swedish customer - parts for wire production systems; etc.


We passed the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2009 certification audit successfully in 10/2011. We are able to produce according
to DIN, AISI, GOST norms if our customer requires so. Our people work
with AutoCad and Inventor software so we can also process drawings in dwg and/or dxf format
