Our company produces various welding jobs. Welding is done by 7 welding workstations. We make welding of different products according supplied technical documentation.
We can makes an sand blasting of parts before welding, if it is necessary. Burned parts ( by plasma , or laser ) are provided by us via sub-contracting.
Types of welding : MIG, TIG. We are focused for the weldments with small or middle dimensions.
Maximal dimensions (informative) : Weldments, which is necessary to machine : 1000 x 800 x 800 (mm) to cca 500 kg. Weldments without machining : 4000 x 3000 x 1000 ä mm) to cca 2,5 t. Welding workingplaces are located into production hall with dimensions : 14 x 50 (m) , Hall is under portal crane with loading capacity 5 t.
